PU Rollers
These are widely used in various conveying equipment or the latest industrial equipment fields such as lifting and moving equipment consisting of elevators and escalators, urethane tires of forklift, transfer rollers etc.
PU Springs
Cushion absorber of press machines (Urethane cushion material). It can be applied to a wide range of press machines from small size to big size.
PU Sheets & Blocks
Urethane sheets and urethane blocks as the materials or members can be produced from the small quantities in desired size. These can be used for the protection of products, equipment and edge tools etc.
PU Casters
Casters of 4, 5 and 6 inches, fixed type, free type, free and brake type are prepared. Replacement rewinding only urethane resin can be ordered.
Barrel PU Coating
TKS original technology makes it possible to coat on the inner surface of barrel tank with Polyurethane (PU). Therefore, it enables long-term use without damaging the barrel. PU coating technology can be applied for many purposes.

Polyacetal (POM), Nylon (PA) and TPU are typical engendering plastics such has high durability and performances, good chemical resistance against various environments. They are suitable for use in mechanical parts such as rollers, bearings and sliding components.
