FAQ

Polyurethane (PU) has high mechanical strength and exhibits excellent performance in heavy loads, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, etc., so it is often used in applications that require these properties, such as escalators.

Polyurethane is an industrially valuable component that combines the hardness of plastic with the elasticity of rubber.

In general, hardness of Polyurethane is in a range from 80 to 95 degree of shore A. We have from 60 to 95 degree.

Yes, we supply many kinds of Polyurethane which is depending on customer requirements. We recommend Polyether type Polyurethane which has a high performance and durability. For the details, please feel free to contact to our staffs.

Of course, we accept orders for any quantity and any size, even if it is just one piece. Our strong point is to enable flexible production according to customer’s request.

Abraded and damaged part of PU can be replaced. The cost for replacement is saved since core parts made of steel or aluminum can be reused as used to be.

Since PU is molded using a mold, it is not suitable for manufacturing small parts such as electronic devices.

Polyurethane cannot be baked used on the materials which do not resist the temperature and heated period since it is heated to 120°C for 6 hours or more. For example, steel or aluminum has no problem but plastics may deform depending on the kind of material.

The recommended ambient temperature for our Polyurethane products is
-10°C to +80°C.
